Our 30-year craftsmanship warranty covers the quality of our labor and installation workmanship on every roofing project we complete. It is separate from your roofing materials’ manufacturer product warranty, which runs through GAF, Owens Corning, or your chosen system manufacturer. Together, the two warranties give you complete coverage on both labor and materials. Full warranty terms, exclusions, and transferability details are available on request.

Oregon’s climate (sustained winter rainfall, freeze-thaw cycles, and high ambient moisture) puts exterior siding under conditions that expose the weaknesses of vinyl and wood-based products quickly. Vinyl can warp, crack under impact, and fade under UV exposure. Wood and engineered wood products absorb moisture over time, leading to rot, swelling, and eventual structural compromise. James Hardie fiber cement doesn’t absorb moisture, doesn’t rot, doesn’t expand and contract with temperature cycles, and carries a Class A fire rating. In our experience working on Oregon homes, it consistently outperforms alternatives over a 20-to-30-year horizon, which is why it makes up the majority of our siding volume.

Yes, storm damage and insurance claim work makes up a significant part of our business, particularly in Salem and Roseburg. We provide written condition reports documenting all damage and failure points, which are accepted by all major Oregon insurance carriers. Yes. Home Pros Construction operates under Oregon Contractor License CCB#246874 and carries full liability and workers’ compensation coverage on all projects. All work is performed by our own employees; we do not subcontract core roofing, siding, deck, gutter, or window installation work.

Yes. Gutters can be added to any roofing or siding project and are often the practical choice when you’re already replacing a roof or reclad exterior. We custom-cut seamless aluminum gutters to your exact roofline and can schedule gutter work concurrently with your primary project to reduce disruption. Ask about bundling during your free estimate.

Our four primary service cities are Eugene, Corvallis, Roseburg, and Salem.
